Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using VibePalette ("Service"), operated by VibePalette ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
VibePalette offers two services: (a) a mobile app ("App") available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, which provides AI-powered outfit scoring and style feedback via subscription; and (b) a one-time AI personal color analysis PDF report ("Report") delivered by email.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of or have permission to submit any photos provided. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
The VibePalette app is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans include a Monthly plan and an Annual plan, with prices displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
Free Trial: Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial on the Annual plan. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged through your Google Play or Apple App Store account. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
Billing: All subscription payments are processed by Google LLC (Google Play) or Apple Inc. (App Store) according to their respective billing terms. VibePalette does not directly handle payment information for app subscriptions.
One-time report purchases are processed securely via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The current price is $10 USD per report. Paddle handles all applicable sales tax and VAT on our behalf.
App Subscriptions: Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their respective refund policies. VibePalette does not control these decisions. Please contact Google Play or Apple Support for subscription refund requests.
PDF Report: Due to the automated and digital nature of the Service, we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been generated and delivered. However, if you did not receive your report due to a technical error on our end, please contact us at vibepalette.official@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will either re-deliver the report or issue a full refund at our discretion.
If the PDF was successfully delivered to the email address you provided, no refund will be issued. Please double-check your email address before submitting. You are solely responsible for providing a correct and valid email address. VibePalette is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address entered at the time of purchase.
By submitting a photo, you grant VibePalette a limited, non-exclusive license to use that photo solely for the purpose of generating your personal color analysis report. Your photo is not stored beyond the immediate processing window and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., AI processing APIs).
All report content, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of VibePalette. The delivered PDF report is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly reproduce the report without our written consent.
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated analysis is for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional fashion, medical, or beauty advice. Results may vary depending on photo quality and lighting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibePalette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($10).
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We collect your name, email address, and submitted photo solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data. Your photo is used to generate your report and is permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the report is delivered to your email. Email addresses may be used to deliver your report and follow up on service-related matters only.
