A front-facing photo in natural lighting works best. No filters, no heavy makeup — we want to see your natural skin tone. For the most accurate fashion results, include at least your waist or hips — a full-body or ¾ shot gives the AI far more to work with than a face-only selfie. One photo is all you need.
How long does delivery take? +
Typically around 10 minutes after you submit your photo. The AI needs time to analyze your features and generate all the personalized images.
Is this only for women? +
Currently, VibePalette is optimized for women. Our AI-generated styling images are designed with female fashion and beauty in mind. We're working on expanding to all genders in a future update.
What format is the report? +
You'll receive a beautifully designed PDF with 8 slides in A4 landscape format. It's ready to save, print, or share.
How accurate is AI color analysis? +
Our AI analyzes skin undertone, contrast level, eye color, and hair color — the same factors professional colorists train for years to read. Studies show that today's most advanced vision AI outperforms the average human consultant in color accuracy and consistency. Results are highly accurate for most people in natural lighting photos.
Can I get a refund? +
Due to the personalized and instant nature of the report, we don't offer refunds once the analysis has been delivered. If you have any issues with your report, contact us and we'll make it right.
Is my photo stored or shared? +
No. Your photo is used solely to generate your report and is automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete. We do not store, sell, or share your personal data or images with any third parties.
I didn't receive my PDF — what should I do? +
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, please contact us at
